Expedited Takedown Response
Upon receipt of a valid and verified infringement notice, we act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24 business hours.
Submitting a Notice of Infringement
To file a notice of copyright infringement with us, you must provide a written communication containing the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL on BookHub where the material is hosted or linked.
- Your contact information, including your legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
